Use readings responsibly

SugarData is not a medical device. Readings may be delayed, missing, or wrong. Never use the website, app, display, or bridge to make treatment decisions. Confirm readings with your sensor’s official app or a meter.

Devices and sharing

Only link devices you own or have permission to use. Only add people the wearer has agreed to share readings with. Protect setup passwords, account access, and secret feed URLs.

Updates and availability

Follow the setup and update instructions for your device. Software updates are offered as-is; a failed update may require device recovery. Available features depend on your device and its software. Service access may be removed at any time.
